Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 3dsvgs.com and the digital products and services offered through those sites (collectively, the “Store”). The Store is operated by Cooky Puss Creative LLC d/b/a Moonshadow Craft Company (“Moonshadow Craft Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Store or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Digital Delivery Policy.

Eligibility and Accounts

The Store offers craft designs for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement to purchase. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase or authorize your use. You are responsible for accurate account, billing, and contact information and for safeguarding account credentials.

Digital Products and Orders

Our products are digital design files, which may include SVG, PDF, or other formats described on the product page. No physical product is shipped. An order is accepted when payment is approved and the digital product is made available. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, listing errors, technical problems, legal restrictions, or misuse. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.

You are responsible for confirming that your software, device, cutting machine, printer, materials, and skill level are compatible with the listed formats and requirements. Results may vary by screen, printer, machine, material, settings, and assembly technique.

Digital Delivery

Products are generally delivered by email or download link through a third-party digital-delivery service after payment is confirmed. Delivery may be affected by payment review, email filtering, outages, or incorrect contact information. See our Digital Delivery Policy for details.

Ownership

The Store, its content, product artwork, files, photographs, graphics, text, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Cooky Puss Creative LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. A purchase gives you a limited license under these Terms; it does not transfer ownership, copyright, source files, or other intellectual property.

Personal and Commercial-Use License

Unless a product listing states otherwise, your purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use and limited commercial use:

  • You may use a design to create finished physical projects and products from paper, vinyl, chipboard, and similar craft materials.
  • You may sell fully assembled finished physical items locally, through your own website and domain using secure ecommerce, or through Etsy.
  • You may advertise finished items on social media, but payment must be collected through a safe and secure checkout.
  • You may create and sell up to 1,000 finished physical items per purchased design. Written permission is required above that limit.
  • You may use finished physical items for fundraising.
  • You must photograph your own finished products. Official product photographs from 3dsvgs.com may not be used to market your products.

You may not:

  • sell, share, sublicense, upload, give away, or distribute any SVG, PDF, or other digital file in original, modified, converted, traced, bundled, or derivative digital form;
  • sell pre-cut or unassembled kits for customer assembly; all items offered for sale must be completely assembled finished physical products;
  • use a design as or within a logo, trademark, service mark, or brand identifier;
  • claim the design as your own, remove ownership notices, or register it or a confusingly similar work as your intellectual property; or
  • use the files for print-on-demand, automated production, outsourced mass manufacturing, or production by another business without prior written permission.

Commercial use is included at no extra license fee subject to these limits. The license applies only to the purchaser. We may terminate it for a violation of these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Store to violate law or another person’s rights; scrape, crawl, harvest, or automatically extract content or data without permission; interfere with security; introduce malicious code; reverse engineer Store functionality; impersonate another person; commit fraud; abuse support; or facilitate unauthorized resale or distribution.

Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change. You authorize the payment provider to charge the checkout total, including applicable taxes. You are responsible for taxes or duties applicable to your purchase or use, except taxes imposed on our income.

Refunds

Digital sales are generally final once delivered, accessed, or downloaded. Exceptions may apply for duplicate purchases, corrupted files we cannot replace, or products materially different from their descriptions. See our Refund Policy. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Store relies on Shopify, payment processors, analytics and marketing providers, communications, review and chat services, and a digital-delivery application. Separate terms may apply. Physical products linked through 12x12Cardstock.shop are sold separately under that store’s policies.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, universal compatibility, identical crafting results, or correction of every error. We do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cooky Puss Creative LLC and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity. Aggregate liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to it. These limits do not apply where prohibited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cooky Puss Creative LLC and its representatives from claims and reasonable costs arising from unlawful use, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Governing Law and Courts

These Terms are governed by Illinois law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally must be brought in a state or federal court located in Illinois, subject to non-waivable consumer rights.

Changes; Severability; Entire Agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. These Terms and referenced policies form the entire agreement regarding the Store and purchases.
